Returns and Exchange

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Exchanges are only applicable if the wrong item, size, or color is delivered, or if the product arrives damaged.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • An unboxing video is required to process any claim for a damaged or incorrect product.

No Returns:

  • We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

Exchange Process:

  • Contact us via Call or WhatsApp at +923376212331 within 5 business days of receiving your order.
  • Share your order details along with an unboxing video as proof of the issue.
  • Once verified, we will arrange an exchange.

Damaged Products:

  • If your item arrives damaged, you must provide an unboxing video within 5 business days to be eligible for an exchange or refund.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged due to customer mishandling.
  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
